E-myth but I got is as an audio book and played it while driving between jobs. I had read the book a few years ago but I found the audio book was easier to follow. I have heard that Michael E. Gerber just rewrites sections for different editions and I have also heard that People have been unable to locate any of the properties that Robert Kyosaki talked about owning. I once read that Robert Kyosaki developed his board game and then created all the books and meetings etc just to sell the board game.
