As far as strange people are concerned, the most freaky, weird and seriously worrisome folk I have ever met have all been in commerical kitchens! :)

OK, so can everyone else refrain from mentioning post mortems and commercial kitchens in the same post? Hehe.

Merlin, I confess to having a bit of a giggle about your carrot post. I know there’s a joke in there somewhere, but I’ll just leave it.

Does anyone remember the Monty Python skit about the accountant who wanted to be a lion tamer? Good stuff … :-)
