Sounds like a good idea :D

From experience, the best things you can have for cold calls are:

– a script (the most important part)
– answers to common questions
– prompts
– call log (contact details etc)

Obviously you’d only be sending the mugs to good leads, and make sure they are going to the people who matter….don’t want the receptionist to get the chocolates!

If the cold calling doesn’t work, then maybe the bribing with chocolates will :)
