Here’s what I think – the ONE THING you shouldn’t outsource is lead generation and sales. Why? Because at the end of the day EVERY business is a sales and marketing business. By outsourcing this you’re not LEARNING how to develop those leads yourself.

That’s fine, except what are you going to do if you find yourself in a position where cashflow is tight and you need to make money fast? You don’t have the core business skills to make it happen because you haven’t learned how to create and close those leads on your own.

I think it would be smarter to take the money you would spend on this and sink it into education that teaches you how to DIY.
