I do not see the risk, i have built my whole company using similar marketing,my advice,if you can, give away a sample of what you do and impress them so much they want to stay with you.

I see very little risk in the above if you are good at what you do.
The majority will stick around and the minority that leave, you probably dont want anyway for obvious reasons.Good on you Clare
