Please dont assume that sales people get paid commission and please dont assume that all shop assistants get paid a wage and stock shelves, otherwise we could assume that you dont know what your talking about.
Having been General Manager Sales and Marketing for a group of companies I find your remarks quite uninformed, or am I wrong and this is the attitude of the modern sales person and that selling is no longer an art.
