Hi Burgo

As a professional writer I don’t charge much more than most tradies. And really clean, consistent, polished and targeted messages as you would know are worth their weight in gold when it comes to ‘first impressions’ of your business.

Sometimes for as little as 2 hours work you can have a press release, a business profile, your whole website edited, or a slicked up version of your website front page – depending on the business and the amount of work that needs to be done.

I think here lies the myth that professional writing whether it be media or marketing, business communication collateral – requires a big budget or the help of an agency who is going to charge in $5000 increments.

Some of the first things Media Muse does for small businesses is put together a basic marketing and communication plan which includes these basics as a minimum;

A key message document which feeds into all marketing collateral including;

  • edited website
  • monthly e-newsletter
  • business profile
  • media backgrounder
  • media release
