Generally to get an exclusivity contract with an overseas supplier they will want you to provide them with a business plan showing how you plan on marketing their product, what sort of sales you expect to do etc. They might also want some knowledge of your previous experiences and references. Depends on how big the supplier is – I am guessing if it is a smaller business not used to exporting then they may not want to much information. I would imagine they would get you to sign a contract which is based on you selling x amounts of units over a period of time.
