Jayne, at this stage I don’t have any merchant facilities. I basically just “encourage” my clients to sign up for 12 months at a time.

Basically the full story with this mob is that they wanted to “shop around”. I have a feeling they’ve actually found a different host, but they haven’t figured out their website needs to be moved. I emailed them last week telling them that this is the case, alas no reply.

I’m going to switch off their website now and email them. I’ll take Jill’s suggestion an charge them a fee if they want to re-establish too :D
