I emailed them and said “as per your request, your website was permanently disabled”. Meaning they now have to pay full setup costs to establish a new hosting account, and will need to hire myself or someone else to setup their website again.

I also said that due to the difficulties of paying monthly, I require them to pre-purchase 12 months in advance.
