I agree with Kris, the trick is to delineate the tasks to maximise efficiency, use an accountant for set-up and month/quarter/year end (depending on your needs) and a bookkeeper for the daily/weekly entries. Perhaps look at accounting firms with bookkeepers on staff so you can have a ‘one-stop-shop’ so to speak. Remember to shop around a little and get some quotes, firms will charge out their bookkeepers at different rates anywhere from $30p/h to $120p/h. Best of luck. James.
