At the low end of the scale, you can get a lawyer to write some cease and desist letters. This is usually the first step.

At the top end of the scale, you can issue infringement proceedings in the Federal Court seeking injunctions, damages, etc etc.

(Unless you are expert in these matters it’s not a DIY job. There’s provisions in the Trade Marks Act against making groundless threats so you need to know what you are doing.)

Also, just be aware that in Australia ‘first to use’ trumps ‘first to register’. If any of these businesses have a superior claim to the trade mark they can apply for your mark to be removed from the register.

You can certainly license the use of your trade mark if people are willing to license it from you.
