I wasn’t going to comment until I saw the post frm Shags38, I use a few hosts for different websites. I have used Melbourne IT before and they simply had the worst service I have ever experienced. They do have phone support, if you wish to wait an hour to speak to them and even then they were simply not helpful at all. They are expensive and after months of no help we cancelled. Since we changed we have had no problems since.

Now, it has been 2 years since I used them, and they may have changed since then, but I would say beware!

Is your website Australia centric or are you trying to attract a global market? If you are wanting to market your products further than Australia consider a host in the US or the UK, to help with your Google positioning.
