I have done a few websites using http://www.uneedweb.com.au. They are based in Australia and find their templates really professional with lots of variety and colour to suit your business.

They are really easy to use so you shouldn’t have any problems with it especially if you know dreamweaver. You can also have it up and running within a few days.
