When you post a question in FS and provide limited info, you can’t expect a detailed and accurate answer.
Gab (seocourse) clearly saw an immediate anomoly.
My quick look at your site based on your posted info suggests you are being spammed and this is the reason why an internal page has more authotity than your Home page.
I can’t for the life of me see how screwing around with 301 redirects is any sort of solution to your site’s problems.
Forget PR. As far as I’m concerned it is one of the most misleading and irrelevant metrics ever developed. Google has been trying to kill its supposed importance for years.
You need to investigate your site’s SEO problems. There are many and they have nothing to do with 301 redirects from my quick assessment.
