Thanks for the feedback. Interesting that you all manage your own campaign and I guess this is not because you want to but rather don’t want the extra cost of paying someone to do it for you.

Small businesses need to watch costs and outsourcing may not be viable if your campaign improvements don’t offset the cost of outsourcing it.

What I can say however is that I have managed one particular campaign for a small software company who had a small budget to start with and due to the effectiveness of the campaign ramped up their ad spend to in excess of 30K per month because it was very profitable for them.

Of course most campaigns don’t have that much growth but the potential is there providing you have a great product or service and can identify where the profits are in your campaign.
