It looks nice.

Some minor thoughts.

The tooltips on your menu just repeat the text in the menu. They are not adding anything in fact just getting in the way. If you want to display tooltips here then I would suggest you have the text explain a bit more about where the menu links goes.

Also, the tooltip on the home pages main image needs changing or removing.

Currently all your blogs are uncategorised. I would make sure you place them in categories.
