If you have sufficient space worth of congruent dedicated car parking which the truck and forklist can access without a problem then you shouldn’t have too many complaints provided your neighbours are of commercial and not professional/retail nature.

Perhaps you could consider unloading the container of weekends if everything else is perfect.
