Thanks guys for all of your responses – they have been very helpful.

PS – I found a very useful tool yesterday – if you use FireFox then download NoDoFollows – that way when you go to a website, right click on a link – select NoDoFollows – then all the links are then highlighted. Blue links mean that they are DoFollow links (meaning Google will follow them and give you link juice) and the red ones mean NoFollow (you don’t get any link juice, but Google will still follow it – this is according to Google’s blogs anyway).

Hope this add-on, can help others trying to find Do Follow links.
