It’s ok, but it could be far better.

If you drove past a ute with this logo on the back, you wouldn’t remember it 5 minutes later.

If your budget allows, I’d recommend hiring a really good, experienced designer to create something for you that is memorable and sets you apart from all the plumbing companies that got a “nephew with photoshop” to come up with something for them.
