I’ve never thought about it in that depth before.

My process is:

1. Capture – write the idea down
2. Wait – just let the idea sit for a while
3. Review – sift through my ideas list
4. Research – see if a particular idea will work
5. Implement – if it looks good, try it out with a beta implementation
6. Test – review the response
7. Adjust – tweak based on feedback
8. Rinse and repeat

It’s working so far.
