Hi Arc,
your questions are very broad and depend so much on your actual business model.
Some thoughts: if you use Paypal you can cover all clients with PayPal and credit card payments. Your bank account will not necessarily have many transactions.

Accounting: usually sales to clients outside of Australia are seen as exports and therefore you do not have to charge GST. However, you need to have proof of the location for each client.

With regards to your bookkeeping, you can use the PayPal history export to help prepare your Profit & Loss overview. For your expenses it is useful to have a separate business account. An online accounting software like Saasu integrate with bank feeds and you are able to keep track of where your business is at pretty easily.

However with all that, make sure you micro test your ideas well before investing too much time and money into setting everything up.

Best of luck

Alexander
