I’ve just had a quick look at your site/s, done a quick analysis of your content and while the electrical site was a little better, the IT/data site wasn’t optimised at all for what I’d imagine would be your keywords (it/telecommunications support).

If someone was trying to find your services online, it’s unlikely they’d be able to find you (your most prominent words are: Dovelle Projects, services, manufacturer, needs, solutions… which could apply to any number of industries). Your metatags and search descriptions are also lacking in strong keywords and descriptions:

This tells me (and the search engines) nothing about your business or services. I think with better content and focus on the words your customers might be trying to find you with, you’d notice an increase in queries.

Of course, there’s more to being found than just your website, but if you’re going to have one, you need to make sure it’s actually working for you!!

I’m not sure how often they have Home Expos where you are (or how much they cost), but that might be another avenue which attracts plenty of your target market (I know we went to plenty when we were renovating and building).
