I would do the calc like this

Salary 120k add super 9% (or more if thats the standard)

add an amount for “entreprenarial risk” … This might not apply on your long term retainer … but should generally apply

add your business expenses..you implied these in your early post but not explicit in your calc
divide by 46 weeks (deduct 4 weeks hols + 10 public hols)

Then have ask how many billable hours can you do in a week..you have to do other things like .. marketing admin etc .. as part of your own business…
so 38 per week might be the right number for this instance but some thing to consider

Now you know your real worth … Its up to you to justify it with the value add
