If you are truly serious about this, get an International franchise expert. Offer partnership if you can’t afford the fees.

There are so many things u have to think about apart from franchising e.g:

1. politics
2. socio economics
3. legal framework
5. International accounting
6. forex and currency swaps (if need be)
7 area exclusivity
8. local marketing
9. systems, policies, processes and procedures to follow
10. cross cultural management
11. staffing / HR
12. international management.
13 Expat issues.

So yes, it’s a huge challenge but the pay off is equally huge.

if i were you, i would start with doing a short course on international business and project management to get your head around it.

All the best.
