Also, don’t assume that cost is the biggest factor that people judge your product/service by. If you deliver value and can demonstrate this value then people will pay your price.

The bigger fuss you make on changing your prices, the bigger deal it will appear to be from your customer standpoint.

Don’t feel embarrassed if you’re caught in a discussion about price, always turn it around to a question about value and what you deliver. Stand by your decision and your confidence will inject trust into your business.
