Once a program has been designed (question template and reporting platform etc) you only pay for the surveys you order. It’s a very cost effective way to measure those service levels while giving your team members clear guidelines of what is expected and also giving the chance to be caught (and hopefully rewarded) for doing the right thing and offering great customer service.
