Long time insomniac myself. I eventually realized the most stressful thing about it was that I stressed out over it! I found that the best thing to do is just accept it, and take advantage of the time to myself. I took up writing a blog! No one reads it, but it helped to get all those thoughts consolidated and put to good use. Yes, I’m a wreck the next day but I feel more content having been productive instead of getting depressed over it.
