I have very similar issues and have a variety of different solutions which I try and mix up using.

– sleeping tablets (always good for a great knock out sleep)
– relaxing music (Tony O’Connor is my personal favourite)
– aromathery oils before you sleep (there are some that relax the body Ylang Ylang is pretty good)
– teas (T2 have a variety of teas to assist sleep – Nighty Night, Sleep Time etc)
– Yoga is always relaxing

Give some of those a go if you haven’t already and see how you go.
