Agentmail, your post almost exactly describes me last night! It’s frustrating because the thoughts keeping you awake are all good, but obviously not sleeping is far from ideal.

I resorted to sticking my legs up the wall (a trick learnt during yoga) and that helped calm my mind a bit.

I feel ok now but clearly am not the full quid as when I came into the office today (I’m in town with the FS crew) I realised I’d forgotten to put on any make up!

Here’s to a more restful end to the week.
