most people “over exercise” which means they go to bed at night more buggered and sore from exercising then not exercising at all…

try this and give it 14 days for your body to adapt.

1.keep hydrated throughout your day with water.
2. avoid sugary foods and caffeine in the later part of the day
3. exercise most days, if not daily with one day off – BUT – keep it at a pace that you enjoy, around 60% effort, (you can talk at) for a minimum of 45mins and aerobic in nature – ie working your cardiovasular system. Think jogging/cycling and swimming. You’ll sleep better and you’ll become healthier!
