No, I don’t think it’s at all unrealistic.
There’s always going to be a customer somewhere that’s unhappy.

i mean.. think of yourself as a customer of.. what.. even just 25 businesses? I bet, at one point or another, you’ve been unhappy with one of those businesses.

I think it works exactly hte same way.. sometiems a customer will be upset, sometimes they’ll be ecstatic. The key is realising that not ALL customers are GOOD customers.
