Your questions revolve around “pain” I know your looking for general answers to create a high level picture of the topic but unfortunately I haven’t given it so much thought so I will provide you with specific examples.

1. Optimal sales process still not found – but biggest pains was educating the prospects (alright that was high level)

2. (low level example) “Im happy with the amount of customers I have, Im not looking to get more.”
