Ok, now you get the business coaches input :)

You want to keep the two businesses running but one is being sacrificed for the other; have you set clear time blocks for each of the businesses individually? The business where the phone rings more often will quickly take your attention (like a naughty child) but which one is bring more profit per hour?

I know it can be scary turning off the phone and shutting down email for one business for a few hours but if you want the other to succeed, it is a must!

Oh, and go with everyone else’s advice :) Outsource!
