You forgot the main one that interview points to: Depending on your user preferences, they may prefer a mobile browser app than a native app that they have to install. Especially important when you’re a company that doesn’t have quite the budget of a Facebook.

All the extra features in the world mean diddly squat if the majority of your users simply prefer accessing via their browser.

Which I can understand completely. Think about it, more and more people prefer “cloud based” apps because they’re tired of installing “yet another program” on their computer (I know I am). Why should mobile users not go down a similar pathway?
