and yea – be prepared to pull out a debt collector on them if you need to.
I agree, I utilise someone else to chase the debt up for me and find it’s much more effective! Luckily it doesn’t happen often… but as Tony says, even the happy clients can become late payers…!
[And seriously, I don’t have time to make calls to every client I’ve sent a transcript to….]
