If you’re looking for a qualification and good information on structure, legals etc. then courses like the cert IV would be good.

However, if you want real-world, practical knowledge that you can apply immediately in your business you might be better looking at other options. I run a ‘business success’ course that covers marketing, productivity, sales skills, goal setting etc. (but doesn’t offer a qualification). I’m based in Sydney, but I know of other similar courses around Australia. http://www.businessprocessprofessionals.com
