In my experience most agencies will have hundreds of potential candidates on their books
If there is a company on a mass recruitment drive they may have a number of recruitment agencies on a panel and if it’s a common type of role e.g. Customer Service role it’s just going to be a matter of pulling out those candidates from their database and sending off their CV’s to the client for review. Then it’s down to the poor buggers of their HR department / department managers etc etc to start interviewing the candidates.
Been there, seen it, done it…….never ever want to experience that again, thanks for bringing back some nightmares:eek:
