Hi Jacqui. I used to work for one of the biggest UK online bookstores and Chargebacks like these were a constant source of frustration. It is even worse here in Australia as tougher Privacy Regulations mean you cannot pre-approve cardholder details to verify the address supplied matches the cardholder.

I haven’t had any direct Australian chargeback experience so hopefully someone else can help.
