I thought that was “cheap” considering a similar property was asking $2k a week???

The shopfront has been vacant for about 6-9 months which is how old the building is. Not sure about outgoing costs.

What surprises me is that there are two asian clothing shops there and I have NEVER seen people walk in the shop. I’m pretty sure they don’t have an online store. How on earth do they make money?

I want to go in there tomorrow and negotiate hard on the rental price and see what happens.

I believe my business idea will work in the area given – it’s food and targeting industrial/corporates.
