I would have to agree with the above comment about the images. I can’t quite get the link between the Luna Park face and what you are trying to promote, and it is very off-putting as it is the image that draws your attention immediately when you first look at the site.

Although it is obviously a very simple design in terms of colour, font, layout etc, I like the fact that it is uncluttered and easy to use.

And also, the Virtual Concierge page is not working for me on Google Chrome.
