Actually, I think you need to go further than the email right now. Start getting in touch with people, and ask them for their feedback. Can you get some of these people into the restaurant after hours (behind closed doors) and let them speak freely?

I think the best feedback you’ll get is total honesty from your customers as to “whats wrong”. Have someone stand outside and ask passers by – “hey whats this place like, do you ever go in there?”

Im by no means any expert – my specialty is the online space, so my advice may not be the best.
