Thanks for your note. I expect you were logged in, which means the ‘system’ recognised you as an existing premium member…and hence whisked you off somewhere else.

We sent all existing Business Class members (including your fine self) a note last week – if it’s not in your spam filter let me know and we’ll resend to you.

Business Class still exists as before (with some new ‘extra’ benefits), so you can stay with that or switch to Community Membership. If you find you prefer Community Membership, let me know and I’ll be happy to refund your payment from last week.
