Some suggestions.

If you don’t like ’em just ignore ’em.

1. Simplify your home page. You could drop the large FB section.
2. On the home page, your ‘returns’ section requires a login. I expect that one of the first things that prospects would want to know is how to return goods, and what your returns policies are.
3. When I did find your returns, you say that you accept returns within 31 days. I’ve said it before, and I’ll repeat it here: make your returns policy so generous it makes you nervous. Then find ways to make it more generous.
4. Postage – what about using AusPost rates? And while I’m at it, why not offer free postage on sales above a certain value?
5. Some general stuff about your website… It looks a bit bland to me. The colours look dull. But hey, I sell car parts, so take this whence it comes.
6. Picking nits… you show your phone number as (+61) 0450 388822. It should be displayed as either (+61) (0)450 388822 or 0450 388822
