Hi Anneeway,

Firstly welcome to the forum and congratulations on being able to grow your business. Its quite common for expenses to increase as the business and income grows and yes its a good idea to keep a handle on it.

I dont know where you are geographically but the gov’t sponsors an organisation called the BEC which gives free guidance. Also there is an excellent course running at TAFE called the cert4 in small business management which I also highly recommend.

As for getting help in your business, the best person for that may end up being you. You are there to see what happens every day. All you need is some tools to help you work on it.
