Bear in mind that you can’t use a disclaimer to absolve yourself of any negligence – people can still take action against you (and will) if an injury occurs, no matter how many disclaimers you have. It is not a replacement for an insurance policy (although it may seem a cheaper option in the short-term).

No I’m not after a disclaimer I already have them, and I have insurance, I’m just after a risk assessment for when I visit venues to say what I would do in certain situations if they occurred, eg. Custody issues, inappropriate behaviour of parents, if I saw a dodgy looking person taking photos of the children etc :)
