Thanks so much Jason and so true – I am a hands on, long way from a text book kind of person. Real life experience is where I come from and what I teach and help people with is just that. Working with what you have and where you want to go – I then aim to fill in the blanks, play devils advocate and much more.

Wish you were in Sydney Jason – there are some forum regulars I really would love a catch up with. 😎 such a cool bunch.
