Hi there,

I deal with this sort of issue all the time. In fact I am an Electrician and Telephone Technician in Sydney’s Inner West. We work in Annandale all the time :)

Try your ISP first, they will check it out for free…

Then, they should be able to guide you on what you need to do next.
