firstly, I would question whether you should be letting your accountant dictate the accounting software you use. that’s a separate issue.

In terms of accounts – the 3 you listed are Bank accounts.. you should probably have an entire “chart of accounts” – this would include things like:

Income:
Expense:
Cost of Goods Sold:
Liabilities:
Assets:
Equity:

in your example, those bank accounts should be setup under “assets” (credit card may be a liability, not an asset..)

it wouldn’t be unreasonable to expect the accountant or bookkeeper to setup the CoA. Especially if it doesn’t come with it by default
