Its a great habit to develop.

I get up at 5am every morning and go to cross fit or a run.

It keeps me wide awake the most of the day and switched on.

I have been doing this for few years, the days I don’t do any activity I feel lazy and slow.

I think you should start with 3 days a week then build from there.

good luck, once you get used to it then you will be fine.
